Executive Pastry Chef
Rebecca recalls helping her parents & grandparents in the kitchen. Her fondest memory is being home on Saturday afternoons working her way through a cookbook with her family and what started, as a family bond soon became a passion. Rebecca is an alumni of Hobart and William Smith Colleges where she received a BA in art history & studied Pastry Arts at ICC in New York City. Since ICC, Rebecca has spent time at some of the most notable New York City culinary establishments: Esca Restaurant (’05-’06), Gramercy Tavern (’06-’07), Park Avenue (’07-’09), Beauty & Essex (’12-’17) & abc restaurants (’17-’19). In 2019, Rebecca joined the Crafted Hospitality family and we are proud to call her our Executive Pastry Chef at Riverpark.
When not in the kitchen, you can find Rebecca at her neighborhood pizza joint, Nick’s, on 2nd Ave or spending time with her niece Bee & nephew, Ben.
