Born and raised in Argentina, it will come as no surprise that Peter’s first passion was found on the soccer field; he would go on to become a professional goalkeeper. While traveling, Peter found himself drawn to the tableside experiences created by the high-end restaurants of Atlantic City; it is there that Peter recalls his passion for hospitality igniting. Peter went on to study at the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill, in Philadelphia, where he received a degree in Hospitality Management. Since his time there, Peter has spent time overseeing the Food & Beverage programs at some well-known Long Island establishments, including Tellers, Rothmanns, & The Garden City Hotel. Peter ultimately made his way all the way East End and landed as the Food & Beverage Director for Gurney’s, in Montauk, New York. In 2018, Peter joined the Crafted Hospitality team as General Manager for Riverpark, putting his experience for creating memorable guest experiences to work in Midtown NYC.
When not overseeing the operations at Riverpark, you can find Peter spending time with his wife and two children and of course on the soccer field.
