Johnathan is a dedicated hospitality professional with over a decade of experience, rooted in his early days working with his father at the family restaurant in South Florida. His journey took him to New York City, where he started as a barback and quickly ascended to the role of beverage manager at McCarren Hotel and Pool. There, he refined his passion for cocktails and hospitality, always emphasizing the importance of exceptional service.

After McCarren, Johnathan’s career led him to Atlanta, where he took on the role of beverage manager at the Omni Hotel at the CNN Center, overseeing beverage operations for the 1,000-room hotel. He then returned to New York City to work as an F&B manager for the Soho House Group, where his experience was put to the test in a high-volume setting, ensuring top-tier service for both members and guests.

Now, Johnathan brings his wealth of experience to Riverpark, eager to elevate the management team and contribute to the continued success of the restaurant. His journey reflects a deep commitment to the hospitality industry, marked by a passion for cocktails, service, and creating memorable guest experiences.
