ERIN BELLARD

Erin grew up in Texas, but has called herself a New Yorker since 1995. In that time, Erin garnered a reputation as one of the most respected and dynamic young experts in the business. Her experience includes management and operational roles at B.R. Guest restaurants, the Soho House New York and Rouge Tomate. Erin serves as the Director of Operations and General Manager for Riverpark restaurant and ’wichcraft.
