TOM COLICCHIO

Restaurateur

Tom Colicchio made his New York cooking début at such prominent restaurants as the Quilted Giraffe, Gotham Bar & Grill, Rakel, and Mondrian. He opened Gramercy Tavern with Danny Meyer in 1994, following that critical and popular success with the equally well-received Craft in 2001. Colicchio has expanded the Craft restaurant family to include Craftsteaks, Craftbars, and ’wichcraft sandwich shops around the country, and he has recently opened Colicchio & Sons in New York. He is also the author of three cookbooks and the winner of four James Beard Foundation medals. Since 2006, he has appeared as the head judge on Bravo’s hit reality cooking series, Top Chef, for which he earned his first Emmy in 2010.

ROBERT HAMILTON III

General Manager

A native of Raleigh, NC, Robert Hamilton has spent more than 20 years fine-tuning his expertise in the wine and service industries. His career in hospitality began at acclaimed New York dining destinations Milos Estiatorio and Beacon. At Milos, Hamilton trained as sommelier, maître d’ and floor manager, before moving to Beacon in 2004, where he spent two years as assistant general manager.


In 2007, Hamilton took on the role of general manager at BLT Fish and then BLT Prime where he cultivated strong relationships with guests and local businesses. He then became sommelier at Porter House New York, training under master sommelier Roger Dagorn. 


Before joining Riverpark, Hamilton worked at Rosemary’s in Greenwich Village. At Riverpark, he draws from his diverse professional background to create lasting impressions on guests. 


BRYAN HUNT

Executive Chef

Bryan was raised in Tennessee and moved to New York in 1998 to attend the Culinary Institute of America. At the age of 20, Bryan had his first trail at Gramercy Tavern, which opened the doors to the world of fine dining. It was during his externship there that he first encountered acclaimed chefs Jonathan Benno, Marco Canora and Sisha Ortúzar. These three chefs would eventually help shape Bryan's culinary career, as he would work with each of them again – with Jonathan at Per Se, as Chef de Cuisine for Marco at Insieme, and now Sisha at Riverpark.

GEOFFREY KOO

Pastry Chef

A native New Yorker, Geoff grew up in Somers and pursued a career in finance before attending the Institute of Culinary Education to study pastry arts. In finding his inspiration to become a chef, Geoff credits his sister for taking him to restaurants such as wd-50, Jean-Georges, Eleven Madison Park, and Gramercy Tavern, where he was introduced to fine dining. Before joining Riverpark, Geoff led the pastry team at PRINT and worked at Per Se, Jean-Georges, Café Gray, and Sullivan Street Bakery before that. He draws inspiration for our menus from the market, Riverpark Farm, and childhood baking memories with his mom.

JARRED ROTH

Beverage Director

A native of New Jersey, Roth grew up in the New York area and made his first foray into the hospitality industry waiting tables at age 19. In 2006, he became the assistant to wine director Adam Rieger at Bar Americain where he expanded his beverage knowledge and learned the importance of storytelling through wine. After more than two years with Rieger, Roth joined the opening team at Apiary where he created the beer and wine program, before joining Paul Grieco at Hearth in 2009. At Hearth, he worked his way from bartender to beverage director developing his passion for food, wine and hospitality grew under the influence of Grieco. After a year as service director at Gotham Bar and Grill, Roth joined Riverpark as beverage director in June 2014.
